Welcome Dustdevils!

Monday, May 4, 2026

Hey Dustdevils!

  • Finals Week starts this Tuesday, May 5. Dustdevils, we encourage you to stay focused, manage your time wisely and take care of your well-being as you finish the semester strong. We know that it can be a stressful time of year, but please remember that you would not have been admitted to this university unless we knew that you could be successful. All of the faculty and staff are cheering you on, so be confident and reach out for help when you need it. Our Spring Final Exam schedule is available at https://www.tamiu.edu/registrar/finalexamschedule.shtml
  • Before your exams, we encourage you to join us at Late Night Breakfast this Monday, May 4 starting at 8 p.m. in the Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library Colonnade. TAMIU’s First Lady and I will be there to wish you well on your finals. We may even have a special guest server, so please come out and enjoy this TAMIU tradition. Fuel up before final exams and stop by for your maroon pancakes!
  • Our Sue and Radcliffe Killam Library will also offer extended hours of operation this coming week. View their schedule at https://tamiu.libcal.com/hours/
