Step1：穂先の束を広げる / Spread out the bristle bundle.
Step2：適度な量の毛を金具に通す / Insert an appropriate amount of bristles into the ferrule.
Step3：穂先の形になった穴が開いた筒型の木型に毛先の通したトップ部分を振動の出る（バイブレーター）に載せて形を整える / Place the top part of the bristles into a cylindrical mold with a hole in the desired shape and use a vibrator to form the tip.
Step5：寸法を合わせた穂先部分を並べて最後に接着（穂先完成）/Line up the trimmed tips and glue them to complete the bristle section.
Step6：軸の塗装 / Paint the handle.
Step7：穂先と軸の組み立て / Assemble the bristles and handle.
Step8：穂先の調整（高温）糊付け / Final shaping and gluing of the tip using high heat.
