  • characters: boats, varying fish, fishing gear
  • culture/objects: bobbers for score keeping, score keeping cards, betting marker
  • misc.: game language/mechanics: game ends when "on the line" is rolled (similar to crapping out), die for determining "trout" (trump) suit,
theme each suit/suit color: hearts are life preservers, diamonds are buoys, spade and clubs are lures or hooks
first iteration, way too confusing and busy and not enough play space. Decided to separate scorekeeping from board
