A New Chapter for Kent College

This week marked a new chapter at Kent College with the announcement that from September 2026, Kent College Senior School will become fully co-educational, welcoming boys for the first time in our proud 140-year history.

This important step builds on the successful introduction of boys into our Prep School in 2020 and reflects our commitment to offering an inclusive, forward-looking education. Boys will be able to transition from Prep to Senior School, while new students will also be welcomed into Senior School year groups, including the Sixth Form and boarding.

Our values remain unchanged: to nurture academic excellence, foster individual growth, and provide a rich and supportive environment where every student can thrive. We believe a co-educational setting will further strengthen these aims, preparing students with the skills and confidence needed for life beyond school.
