Please remember to submit your evaluations early—once the evaluation period ends, no additional submissions can be accepted.

Important Reminder: Course evaluations are time-sensitive. Once the evaluation period ends, we’re unable to accept late submissions. If there are no pending evaluations, you will see a message letting you know you're all set!

After completing a course evaluation, you’ll receive a Certificate of Completion sent to your UT San Antonio email for each course you’ve evaluated. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us so we can confirm completion or assist as needed.

General Information about Course Evaluations

👤 Surveys are ANONYMOUS! Students can feel assured that feedback will not be used against them in any way. The reports and results from a survey are not released to UT San Antonio faculty until after final grades are turned in and remain anonymous.

🚀 The outcomes of surveys are used to improve education at UT San Antonio! Results from the surveys are part of the faculty assessment process, meaning student's feedback MATTERS! Instructors gain insightful knowledge about what works (and doesn't work) in their learning spaces and review how students view the course and their instruction. This knowledge can be applied to future courses which will benefit all students at UT San Antonio Students are not only gaining an education at UT San Antonio, they are improving education, one course at a time!

🕒 The surveys are brief and can be completed in a matter of a few short minutes. The 7-question survey can easily be completed in 5-10 minutes and the survey is identical for each course. Students are asked to evaluate any lecture, lab, or seminar courses as long as there are at least 5 enrolled students. Every terms is evaluated so students can see multiple evaluation opportunities during a semester.

🏅 Upon completion of a Course Evaluation survey, students will receive a Certificate of Completion, per course. An instructor can view to confirm if a student completed a survey, but the responses are always anonymous. If there is further validation of completion required, reach out so we can assist.

📝 As a general rule, course evaluations take place at the end of the semester, before study days or finals. We don't want to interfere with your busy end of term tasks, so we try to have course evaluations completed before then. You've had most of the semester to experience the course which allows you to give solid, grounded and well-deserved feedback.
