Design Lead
This is something I really enjoy. Give me a bunch of designers and help them make awesome digital products and solutions. Of course my experience in both visual and UX helps being able to guide the whole creative process.

Jup, that's me... or at least that is how my brain works. Always on, always thinking, always connecting the dots, searching for possibilities ... possibilities to create, solve problems, inspire, build ... and continue.
you can ask me to help you analyse the project, guide the creative process, pinpoint the issues, come up with the creative hooks, and do some sweet copy writing when needed.
Coaching them peoples
Designers, an often misunderstood bread of creative, witty, stubborn, chaotic, and mostly awesome human beings. They need guidance, boundaries and often protection of the whirlwind of technical and business savvy people. And in the midst of it all they have the need to continuously want to grow, learn and create.
That needs some help doesn't it? Well here is where I come in ;). A vast experience in a lot of fields of design and businesses + the processing speed I have let me coach designers to be the best they can be, while respecting the company, it's people and politics
Change agent
Creative people trigger change. Why? Well that is simple. They crave it, need it to evolve and continue to 'make stuff'.
I am one of those creatives that thrives on change, volatility, the unknown, and all the (often) great challenges it brings. Combining this with my Lead, Art Direction and Coaching experience helps me push change in a positive and constructive way.

Next ... turn it into creative concepts with focus on both product & marketing and guide the creative process and implementation.
and some private stuff?
A married bloke, since 2016 back in the Netherlands with my wife and two young kids, after living in Brazil for 8 years. Music; playing guitar, piano, composing. I love interior design, mid-century architecture and furniture. Riding my motorcycle is my mind-clearing medicine of the week. BTC is my 'faith' for a better and future-proof decentralised world.
