Adobe Creative Cloud Data and Administrative Coordinator Contract role | 40 hours/week | sf/bay area required

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Data and Administrative Coordinator to support the Adobe Creative Cloud Community team. A successful candidate is a self-starter with strong abilities to multitask and prioritize appropriately, work efficiently, and remain flexible under pressure.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week) 1-year contract role. SF/Bay Area location required.

  • Daily administrative and business support for two Senior Directors
  • Calendar management (Outlook) and extensive scheduling with both internal and external partners
  • Attend key meetings, take notes and facilitate follow-up as necessary
  • Coordinate special projects including team offsite, team building activities, team space planning, and potentially other types of projects
  • Organize activities for a large, globally distributed and diverse group
  • Responsible for daily team analytics and reporting across multiple teams and systems
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort data and analytics to keep team on track for key deliverables
  • Continuously evaluate and optimize data management processes and analytical workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, enabling the team to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
  • Eagerness to learn new systems
  • Ability to travel occasionally to provide on-site support at events/conferences
  • Regularly collaborate with cross-functional Administrative & Executive Assistants for meeting support
  • Continually improve the administrative process for greater efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

  • 2+ years experience in coordination, administrative, or operations capacity
  • Experience interacting with customers and staff at all levels in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Knowledge of computer technology, including MS Office applications including Teams, SharePoint, and Excel, Slack, Airtable, proficiency with Adobe products is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly turn around projects with quality and accuracy
  • Very organized with ability to juggle multiple/complex demands in a fast-paced environment
  • Work effectively with minimal direction, take initiative, and follow through
  • Ability to assess and prioritize conflicting demands
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and exercise discretion

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Compensation

This position will pay a non-exempt hourly basis rate of $50-57. This is subject to change based on experience.
