SOBRE LA EXPOSICIÓN
MÉMOIRE es una propuesta interdisciplinar que entrelaza pintura y fotografía. Nace a partir de la historia de mi abuela —que cantaba flamenco en los autobuses de Liège— para explorar la formación de una identidad a base de capas culturales. MÉMOIRE es memoria íntima y es construcción colectiva social y cultural que me conduce a mi ser actual. El proyecto es una mirada contemporánea a partir de los recuerdos de cuerpo, gesto y voz. Es un diálogo de la estética del flamenco y sus influencias árabes y norteaf ricanas con mis vivencias af ricanas y mediterráneas. Combino fotografía, pintura y acciones simbólicas para investigar cómo se transmite la memoria con huellas casi invisibles y gestos casi imperceptibles que afloran con la mirada artística. MÉMOIRE es también una indagación personal: ¿quién fue mi abuela y quién soy yo como nieta, hija, madre y mujer heredera de su memoria? Ella no dejó diarios, dejó raíces. Mis raíces.
MÉMOIRE is an interdisciplinary project that intertwines painting and photography. It was inspired by the story of my grandmother, who sang flamenco on buses in Liège, and explores the formation of identity based on cultural layers. MÉMOIRE is both an intimate memory and a collective social and cultural construct that has shaped who I am today. The project is a contemporary look at memories of the body, gestures and voice. It is a dialogue between the beauty of flamenco and its Arabic and North African influences and my African and Mediterranean experiences. I combine photography, painting and symbolic actions to explore how memory is passed on through almost invisible traces and subtle gestures that come to light through an artistic lens. MÉMOIRE is also a personal exploration: who was my grandmother and who am I as a granddaughter, daughter, mother and woman who has inherited her memory? She left no diaries, she left roots. My roots.

Sobre mi / About me
Soy artista visual multidisciplinaria. Mi obra refleja cómo siento el mundo: una sinfonía de colores, ritmos y emociones. Pinto como quien compone una partitura visual, donde cada trazo y tonalidad evocan sonidos, paisajes y sensaciones. El color es mi lenguaje: habla al alma, baila entre el caos y el orden, y conversa con la luz natural. Trabajo con pintura y arte textil, donde memoria y materia se entrelazan. Mi arte nace del Mediterráneo, de mis viajes por el mundo y de la herencia de mi historia. Entre matria y patria, entre raíces y alas, cada creación es un eco visual de la existencia. I am a multidisciplinary visual artist. My work reflects how I feel about the world: a symphony of colours, rhythms and emotions. I paint as if composing a visual score, where each stroke and tone evokes sounds, landscapes and sensations. Colour is my language: it speaks to the soul, dances between chaos and order, and converses with natural light. I work with paint and textile art, where memory and matter intertwine. My art is born from the Mediterranean, from my travels around the world and from the legacy of my history. Between home and homeland, between roots and wings, each creation is a visual echo of existence.
