Open House

The Arts & Philosophy Open House is a fun way to inform, motivate, and recruit local High School students.
On April 11th of 2024, over one hundred students from i Preparatory Academy & Miami Jackson Senior High gathered at Wolfson Campus. They were first given an informative presentation by representatives of the Admissions, Financial Aid, and Advisement departments. After a concise lecture of MDC's processes of admissions and enrollment the Open House proceeded with interactive demonstrations of the different areas of studies that are part of the Arts & Philosophy department.
All students were handed an experience assesment survey. Fifty seven completed surveys were collected after the Open House event. Please click on the link below for a summary of the surveys.
