Isabelle Clarençon aka MAB'ISH is a multidisciplinary artist who likes to mix arts, ranging from dance to music, and even visual arts. As passionate music head, Mab’ish started djing in 2014 and has been mixing in most of the main Parisian clubs, and in the worlwide. She is particularly known for her high energy when she mixes, and she loves to play different styles of music: hiphop, soul, jazz, house and broken beat. DJ, dancer, organizer of events (Tap Water Jam / Rise & Shine), producer, pianist, and member of the band Oswèla, she defends in all her projects, her vision of the connection between dance and music, this shared vibration.
DJ, she is also producer and pianist: she has composed for different labels (Beat X Changers, Dope Tones, Jazz Mirrors...) and in 2021 she has created the original soundtrack for the Kilai company's "ANYWAY" project. Recently, in 2026, she performed a live SP404, piano and MPC for a Tribute to JDilla in Brussels ( Sounds). She loves to naviguate between hiphop, house and broken beats vibz in her beats.
In 2024, she created her first live music performance with 4 dancers on stage for a dreamlike journey : COSMIC CIRCLE. It's a live of her own beats with her MPC Live 2, SP404 and a keyboard to bring people in her cosmic universe (coproduction IADU / creation supported by REGION ILE-DE-FRANCE ). She also has a SOLO VERSION of this performance COSMIC CIRCLE.
As a professional dancer, Mab’ish has worked several years with various companies : Compagnie Rualité (Indes Galantes Opera de Paris), Hip Tap Project, Laura Scozzi, Farid Berki, etc.). She has created her own solo performances: HipHopaint, Reflets & Reflets_2.
In 2024, she created the Lefto's show "Motherless Father in movement" as choreographer, stager, dancer, and light creator.
In 2025, she began to co-organize the event Rise & Shine, a jam who brings together music and dance around house, hip hop, jazz, and soul culture in a spirit of openness and inclusion. More than a club event, Rise and Shine is a living conversation between dancers and musicians, where the crowd is invited to move, engage, and become part of the exchange. It's about bringing people together. It's about connecting body and mind. It's about raw and positive energy. It's about celebrating our diversity.
She has known as a music prescriber with her own Youtube channel : LE CERCLE BY MAB'ISH and the TOP 5 every month on her Instagram page.
In 2015, she joined the BEAT X CHANGERS label, which she co-runs with Rafiki and X_1. They develop with "BEAT X" the rising Parisian house, electro, hiphop scene, creating a real synergy between DJs, Parisian producers and dancers, and more particularly with the events : TAP WATER JAM.
She curated the compilation "Sororité" in her label to highlight the women producers (2021), and the compilation BEAT X DANCERS to hightlight the dancers/ producers (2023).
She is also a pianist, composer in the music/dance project "OSWÈLA" with 4 other musicians/dancers: they have played in different amazing stages in France and Europe: New Morning (Paris), Festival Jazz à Vienne, Le Delta (Namur), Summer Dance Forever Festival (Amsterdam)...
She has created a character with a "head mirror ": oπo (read OPIO). In 2023, she performed in Dubai for the Dubai Metro Music Festival.
