Shannon- Owner, Beauty Tech, LEADER & MENTOR
Shannon is the owner of Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, bringing over 30 years of experience and a passion for nurturing talent and community. Her journey has taken her from New Jersey to Hawaii to Florida, and each stop has shaped her unique approach to hair and client care. Before owning Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, she spent six years teaching at a beauty school in Bonita Springs — a role that honed her dedication to mentorship and education. Today, Shannon blends that love of learning with her deep knowledge of color and design, creating a salon atmosphere that feels supportive and inspiring for both her team and her clients. We’re grateful to have her leading the way at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral.
Amy- SENIOR Salon Manager & MARKETING DIRECTOR
Amy is the Senior Salon Manager and Marketing Director at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, fully dedicated to hiring, training, and coaching our team while ensuring every aspect of the salon runs smoothly. She’s been with Hair to be Different of Cape Coral since 2017, growing from a part-time role into the leadership force behind our salon’s success. Amy’s passion for teaching and learning fuels her mission to elevate both the salon experience and client value. She also brings an eye for capturing the beauty of our work — photographing transformations that inspire and motivate. Amy’s commitment to organization, growth, and high standards makes her an invaluable part of our team.
Adrianne- Master Hairstylist & Make-up Artist
Adrianne is a Master Stylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, bringing nearly 20 years of expertise and creativity to her loyal client base. Licensed since 2006, she has grown into a true leader behind the chair. Adrianne is known for her exceptional color work — from platinum blondes and bold transformations to natural, lived-in balayage. She also specializes in brow waxing and tinting, men’s cuts, pixie cuts, and updos, always tailoring each service to her client’s style and lifestyle. Most recently, Adrianne has expanded her services to include weft extensions, offering clients beautiful, natural-looking length and volume. Her ability to create flawless, trend-forward looks and her warm, welcoming approach make her an invaluable part of our team.
Jolene- elite Hairstylist & Make-up Artist
Jolene is a Master Stylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, bringing a fresh West Coast vibe from her California roots. Licensed since 2016 and always on the cutting edge of the latest trends, she specializes in curly cuts, Foilayage, and hair extensions. Jolene is particularly skilled with textured and thick hair, making her a go-to for clients with natural curls and volume. Her loyal client base values her refreshing, “keeping it real” vibe — she listens to what they want and offers her expert guidance to create looks that feel true to them. Jolene also offers makeup services, helping guests feel confident and beautiful for any occasion. As a Mentoring Stylist in our Associate Program, she’s dedicated to supporting and developing the next generation of stylists. Jolene’s passion for precision, her commitment to continuous learning, and her authentic, down-to-earth approach make her an essential part of our team.
Carly-junior hairstylist
Carly is a Junior Stylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, bringing a joyful and creative energy to every service she provides. Licensed since 2014, she’s already built a solid foundation of experience and is now expanding her expertise in advanced cutting and color work in the salon. Carly offers full-color services and cuts for both men and women, with a special knack for men’s cuts and fashion colors that let clients express their individuality. Her giggly personality and always-ready smile make her a warm, welcoming presence in the salon. Currently building her client base, Carly is excited to grow, learn, and bring fresh, vibrant looks to her guests. We’re thrilled to have her as part of our team and can’t wait to see her continue to thrive!
Kenzie- senior hairStylist
Kenzie is a Senior Stylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, bringing her passion and artistry to every client she serves. Licensed since 2020, she recently moved from Iowa to sunny Florida and is excited to build her book of clients here. Kenzie specializes in creating rich reds, warm copper tones, and natural, lived-in looks that enhance her clients’ unique beauty. Her vibrant energy and warm personality make every visit with her a positive and fun experience. When she’s not behind the chair, Kenzie loves to dance, soak up the Florida sunshine, and spend quality time with her husband and two children. She’s excited to welcome new clients and help them achieve the hair of their dreams at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral.

Leslie has officially graduated from our Associate Program and is now a Junior Stylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral! Known for her funky, fashion-forward style and positive energy, she brings a fresh, artistic eye to every look she creates.
Now independently behind the chair, Leslie is focused on building her book and refining her skills in lived-in color, blonding, and customized cuts. Her passion for creativity shows in every detail — whether she’s crafting a bold transformation or enhancing natural beauty.
We’re incredibly proud of Leslie’s growth and can’t wait to see her continue to flourish as she builds her clientele and steps into this exciting new chapter of her career.
Natalie- aSSOCIATE HAIRSTYLIST
Natalie brings a calm, steady presence to Hair to be Different of Cape Coral. Dual-licensed in cosmetology and barbering, she is passionate about continuing her education and growing her career here at the salon.
Under the guidance of our Elite Stylist, Jolene, Natalie is advancing her technical skills with hands-on training while also helping ensure smooth operations behind the scenes. Her reliability, thoughtful approach, and strong alignment with our culture make her an invaluable member of our team.

Riley-ASSOCIATE HAIRSTYLIST
Riley is an Associate Hairstylist at Hair to be Different of Cape Coral, training closely under Elite Stylist Jolene as she builds her skills behind the chair. With her calm focus and eagerness to learn, Riley has quickly become a trusted part of the team—supporting stylists, helping ensure smooth guest experiences, and practicing advanced techniques daily. She’s passionate about creating beautiful hair and exceptional visits for every client, and we can’t wait to watch her talent shine as she continues her journey in our Associate Program.
