This was the first project that I created. The colors were kind of hard to match and make it not look weird. plus, there were no dark colors, so that made it hard to work with. I have Danish heritage, so I thought it would be fun to do a Denmark post card. Also, I've taken an interest to Denmark, with it's Castles, and History. I hope you like it.
This piece was to represent the history and evolution of Aerospace travel. I wanted to make an artistic representation of the planes coming out of their time zones, and flying around together. I've added planes for different purposes, periods, and I also added a kid on the wooden tower, and an adult on the plane tower, and they're both admiring the planes that are flying around. the thing in the foreground was a rushed idea. I wanted to make it where you were looking at everything through a plane tower, but its not the best. Anyway, I had fun with this one, even though it was a struggle to find the right images, but it was cool, and I hope you like it.
This one is my personal favorite, and it is based after one of the books that I wrote. this one was tough though, because the girl hanging out of the train and the train itself was make out of about five images each. I just like those actors, and so I've put their names there for kicks. it may not look like it, but it is only 4 colors, plus the background color. this one was even more fun to make, and I hope you like it more than I do.
All throughout my childhood, I would always watch Disney's Robin Hood. Plus, my grandfather gave me a vintage Robin Hood book, and so of course I was interested in Robin Hood. I think the story and character design is good, and so I thought to make my own interpretation of it. it was a little tricky to work with all wood, because some wood doesn't have much depth, as you can see on the tents. but I put a lot of work into this one, and I think it looks really good as the front cover matches with the spine and back cover. I hope you like it.
