Join Us for the Birdie Bash

It's Southeastern Elementary's Inaugural BIRDIE BASH presented by Allen Williams Real Estate! We are excited to invite friends and family (adults only) of our Explorers to the Hawthorns Golf and Country Club for an exciting Putt Putt Classic. Come dressed for fun or in your Caddy Shack best for a night to remember. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy putt putt, the kick off and live viewing of our Annual Silent Auction items, and heavy appetizers.

SES Birdie Bash

The Hawthorns Golf and Country Club

Tickets are $50 per person. Groups will play as 6-somes. Please register entire 6-somes together. Single registrations with requests to be a part of the same group will be considered, but cannot be guaranteed.

Want to enjoy the event, but not interested in golfing, purchase an event only ticket for $40.

*Bringing your own putter is recommended, but not required.

Space is limited, so register early! Tickets are non-refundable.

Silent Auction Donations Needed

Do you or your business have access to items that could be donated for SES's silent auction? Items can include themed baskets, gift cards, experiences and more! The organization is a 501(c)(3). Any donations are tax deductible to the extent permitted by law. Tax ID 84-2431778.

Please email Auction Committee Chair - Stephanie March at auction@sespto.org to contibute.

Food Pantry Donations

The PTO Philanthropy Committee works with the food pantry each month to get specific requests of needs. Everyone is welcome to contribute, but the committee assigns a grade to fulfill the month(s) needs.

For January/February, the second-grade families (or any family that would like to donate) are asked to fulfill the pantry’s requests of baked good mixes and vegetable oil.

*While these items are always a fun treat for families, often times this is the only way some families can provide a birthday cake for their children.*

The collection bin is in the LGI Space near the Front Office.

No school! No worries! Join us for a Jump-to-Donate at Adrenaline on February 19, 2024. 10% of funds with be donated back to Southeastern Elementary PTO!

Its a great way to spend a free day and give back!
