Principal Message

Dear Families, As we begin the final full week of the school year, I want to thank each of you for the care, energy, and commitment you have shown throughout the year. This week is always a special one, filled with year-end field trips, special activities, and opportunities to create lasting memories with our students. While there is certainly much excitement in the air, let's continue to prioritize student safety, supervision, and positive experiences as we enjoy these final days together. The learning may look different this week, but the relationships, connections, and moments of joy that students experience are just as important. Thank you for your flexibility and dedication as we navigate the many activities ahead. I hope you take time to enjoy the fun, celebrate the accomplishments of our students, and reflect on the tremendous impact you have made this year. Wishing everyone a wonderful final full week of learning, laughter, and celebration! Have a wonderful weekend, Mrs. Carr-Jeschke & Mrs.McNamee

Class Placements for 2026-27

As a small school, we generally have one class per grade level. Next year, there will be two Grade 2 classes. In addition, our Grade 6 students will be split into two groups during the mornings to support targeted instruction during their final year of elementary school. We do not accept requests for specific teachers or classmates. However, every effort is made to ensure that students have friends in their class. Many factors are considered when creating class placements, including class composition, student learning needs, available supports, and overall student ratios. If you have a specific learning request for your child that you would like Administration to take into consideration, please email the school office. Class lists will be posted during the Meet the Staff afternoon on September 1, 2026.

Lost & Found Items

Lost and Found items are currently laid out in front of the Gym. Teachers will be taking students past the items to see if they can be reunited with their owners. Any items not collected by Tuesday June 23rd will be donated to MOMSCanada.

Staff Parking Lot

A reminder that the staff parking lot is not to be used for student pick ups or drop offs. There are staff vehicles, as well as Division vehicles coming in and out of the lot, making it very unsafe for students. Please choose safety or convenience and drop students off in designated drop off areas: 96 Ave in front of the school or 145 Street to the west of the school. Thank you for your support with this!

Enjoy Your Weekend!
