988 is a suicide prevention hotline. If you ever feel down or at your low call 988 to help you. They are more than happy to help you. In this 988 poster, I choose to have an 80s theme. The phone was part of the 80s and I wanted to show that there is probably a phone everywhere now and 988 is a serious hotline.
In this project, I chose to have the most iconic Seattle Seahawks receivers. I put them together in a Tim Morris kinda effect. I also wanted the project to show the generations of all these receivers. I went for a graphic tee look on this project. In the top right I added all the new and old Seahawks logos to show how much change we have done over the past few generations.
In this project, I choose the biggest activist of all time (Martin Luther King Jr.). I chose to have him in this project because he was a big civil rights activist and has changed the world. In the background, I have newspapers of MLKs greatest accomplishments. I have the newspapers blending into each other as Shepherd Fairy does. I wanted the red to really contrast the picture and have some light in it. In the top right, I had DREAM and inside of it it was newspapers of MLK's march on Washington.
For my project, I chose my favorite monster (Godzilla). In this piece, Godzilla is made out of all of his villains in the text. I wanted to give the monster some credit because these villains shaped the Godzilla franchise and they were huge villains in the movies. Godzilla does get a lot of credit, but without these other monsters, Godzilla would not be where it is today.
For my psychedelic poster, I chose A$AP Rocky because he is one of the biggest psychedelic rappers. For the color I wanted it to be bright colors to really show the psychedelic aspect of it. On the top, I have A$AP Rocky’s psychedelic album. Rocky sings about his experience with psychedelics.
In this design I wanted Pikes Peak to be the main piece and the I Votet tex. The red white and blue if for all the political parties. I aimed for a diamond cause I thought it would look better. The white is for the snow. The blue on Pikes peak is colored as a river.
