Building Related Activities

• Concrete foundation work started to wrap up
• Precast concrete work began
• Steel continued north from classrooms into remaining building
• Plumbing Underground continues north within building
• Classroom subbase installed
• Masonry continued into at kitchen areas and elevator shaft
• Roof steel and decking at classroom areas began
• Cold form metal framing began at perimeter of classroom areas
• Continue building submittal and trade coordination

Site Related Activities

• Utilities at south and west mostly complete
• Xcel brought power connections to the site.
• Shape road subgrade and parking lots at east and south surrounding building
• Continue Storm and Sanitary utility work at west and south
• Tied into city water connections
• Placed black dirt and grade where allows

• Finish backfilling within building area
• Steel continues north from classrooms into remaining building
• Precast concrete work continues north to gym and into storm shelter and performing arts
• Plumbing Underground continues north within building
• Masonry continues at kitchen areas
• Roofing and parapet work to begin at classroom areas
• Install sheathing at exterior cold form wall areas.
• Begin to temp enclose areas of the building and condition spaces
• Continue building submittal and trade coordination

• Continue fine grading and shaping site
• Continue placing black dirt at site areas where grade complete
• Prep to stabilize site for winter
• Bring gas line to building
