In the world’s largest-ever nuclear emergency exercise, the IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) led a complex 36-hour simulation at Romania’s Cernavodă Nuclear Power Plant. Over 75 countries and 10 international organizations coordinated to model every stage of a nuclear crisis — from radiation detection to cross-border emergency response.
Appointed as the IAEA’s lead visual storyteller, Justin embedded with key personnel to document the inner workings of this unprecedented drill. Through photography and video, I captured both the technical choreography and the human dedication driving global preparedness — helping the IAEA communicate transparency, trust, and capability to media, governments, and the public worldwide.
Justin bring to this storytelling project more than two decades of experience working with the world's leading media titles and organisations.
