NN Physiotherapy offers premier level advice and support locally through the Northamptonshire Postcode. Previously having worked for all the major clubs in the area (Northampton Town, Leicester City and Milton Keynes, as well as several years treating patients in the NHS) means that we have come to understand that everyone wants the best quality life possible and to achieve this, you need your body in the best possible condition, to do what’s important to YOU. Ben works tirelessly integrating his core belief that all can live and strong and healthy life by implementing key components from strength and mobility training: one of the only scientifically research backed modalities proven to get results. From working with Premier league athletes to supporting elderly and paediatric patients in the NHS, not one individual have the same journey, however I strive to bring a combination of the latest research backed treatments along with a wealth of experience of results with many different individuals to deliver bespoke and effective treatments and support to get you living the best life you can, whether that being able to spend a great weekend with your family or striving for your next premier league title.
Special Interests: low back pain, football, strength and conditioning, return to sport rehab, paediatrics, post operative patients.
What conditions do we treat:
Our initial consultation involves a detailed assessment and discussion to provide a working diagnosis, allowing us to deliver the most effective treatment and plan for your problem area(s). Treatments are bespoke based on what is proven to make a difference for each individual, these can include:
- Soft tissue release
- Massage
- Kinesiology taping
- Strapping
- Detailed rehabilitation plans, advice and support
- Mobilisations with movement
We treat any acute or longstanding conditions related to muscles, tendons, fascia, joints, ligaments and cartilage, nerves and fractures (broken bones). Examples of conditions we treat are:
