McKinleyville Land Trust 2025 Spring update

North Stairs Update

Workdays on March 1, March 15, and April 19 saw significant progress on the North Stairs project. Under the direction of Steffan Allen, members of the Cal Poly Humboldt Natural Resources club pitched in with the repairs. Other volunteers, directed by Vicki Ozaki, Julie Neander, Duncan McNeill, Bill Lincoln and Joyce King focused on removal of invasive ivy and maintaining the trails. More than 20 club members typically attend! Photos below.
