Sheldon Adelson is on sick leave

In March 2019, Las Vegas Sands Chairman and CEO Sheldon G. Adelson announced that he was being treated for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Adelson recently resumed cancer treatment and will be furloughed today from his role as chairman and CEO of Las Vegas Sands and Sands China Inc.
