Staff Spotlight

Amy Androwski | Academic & Administrative Assistant

Amy joined Princeton last fall as a temp and quickly realized her affinity for the people and academic culture. She extended her temp employment which grew into a long-term opportunity supporting the High Energy Experiment group as well as the administrators of the Physics undergraduate and graduate programs.

Raised in New Jersey and Texas, Amy learned early that she was adaptable and able to make connections easily. This experience has lent itself well to her serpentine career, which has taken her through the interior design and pharmaceutical industries in a series of administrative and human resources roles.

Amy values fostering positive relationships and is motivated by helping others. In her free time, she is a Scout leader who mentors youth. She also serves as Backstage Manager in an annual children’s production of The Nutcracker and is a trained yoga instructor. Her favorite activity is spending time in the outdoors with her family and friends.

Amy received her bachelor’s degree in English and Women’s Studies from Rutgers College. She is most excited to continue to build relationships and learn the systems, processes and unique offerings at Princeton while seeking ways to incorporate her creativity and passion for improvement in her daily work.
