Council Meeting
The next regular City Council meeting will be held on Tuesday, August 6, 2024 at 7:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers located at 5938 Kauffman Avenue. Members of the public can attend the meeting in person or watch the livestream of the meeting online by CLICKING HERE and on Youtube, ConnectwithTC.

Hi! Autumn Festival
The Hi Autumn Festival, co-hosted by Temple City and World Journal LA, is an event that combines the traditional Mid-Autumn festival with entertainment and gourmet foods, creating a one-of-a-kind experience. The event will take place on Saturday, September 7, 2024, from 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, and on Sunday, September 8, 2024 from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The festivities will be held at Temple City Park, located at 5939 Golden West Ave., Temple City, CA 91780. More event details will be available soon!
Live Oak Park Playground Groundbreaking Event
Join us on Saturday, August 3rd at 10:00 am as we break ground on the Live Oak Park Playground Renovation Project! This event is free for all to attend as we continue our playground enhancements in Temple City. Activities include commemorative giveaways, photo opportunities, light refreshments, dignitary remarks and the groundbreaking. The space themed playground features a main rocket climber, space station 2-5 year old area, comet group spinner, rover vehicle, swings, shade sails, exercise equipment, lighting and enhanced seating. Be a part of Temple City history as we reimagine the Live Oak Park “rocket ship” for the next generation!

Concerts in the Park
Temple City has hosted free concerts each summer for over 24 years. The concert series will run for ten weeks, from June through August. Concerts will take place at Temple City Park, 9701 Las Tunas Dr., from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Join us as we celebrate the sounds of the summer! As a reminder canopies and umbrellas are not allowed in the concert area out of courtesy for other concert-goers. Food can be brought in, however, food and drinks will be available for purchase on-site for the concert series.

Movies in the Park
Get ready for a Family Movie Night at Temple City Park! This September, we're kicking off our summer movie series on Saturday, September 7th with Disney’s Coco. The next three Fridays we will be showing The Little Rascals, Sonic the Hedgehog 2, and ending the series with Monsters Inc. (selected by the community). Each movie night will include a themed activity or craft starting 45 minutes before the movie!
