The PTFA will be in school tomorrow setting up for the fete. The weather forecast looks promising and we are hoping it will be outside. However, should we be worried about rain or wind we will move it indoors like we did in 2023.
We're really looking forward to having a fun afternoon!
The fete will begin at 3pm. Children will be dismissed to parents at their normal doors. Any children not being collected will be looked after by staff until 3:30pm. They will then be dismissed as normal at 3:30pm.
Please note that it is not going to be possible (as there won't be time) for staff to guarantee that they will be able take children not being collected around the stalls in the half an hour between 3 and 3:30pm.
Older children who normally walk home will then be able to go around the fete (this is something for parents to decide if they are happy for them to do - if you are not, please make it clear to your child that you expect them to come home as normal). Staff will not be responsible for children after 3:30pm and many will be helping on stalls from that point.
Some of our Year 6 children will be helping with stalls (thank you to parents who gave permission) for the first part of the fete until there are enough adult helpers.
Taxis or any parents of Dosbarth Enfys (Trinity Fields Satellite Class) who are collecting at 3:30pm will be able to enter the staff car park to collect to avoid the children having to walk through the fete. Parents of Dosbarth Enfys are, of course, welcome to collect from 3pm and visit the fete, however, we will not be able to provide parking in the carpark.
We hope to see you tomorrow!
