How did you hear about Beyond? I heard about Beyond through a friend who was previously a guide.
What are you looking forward to this summer? I’m looking forward to returning for my second year and leading kids in the mountains. I'm looking forward to helping them experience the unobstructed beauty and to see God in all of the natural landscape and stretching experience that Beyond offers.
How are you hoping to grow this summer? I’m hoping to grow my resilience, my patience and my trust in the Lord this summer.
What else should sponsors know about you? I never thought I would be interested in something like Beyond. I had it completely written off beforehand, but as the Lord does, he softened my heart and opened all the doors for me to guide last year. It was one of the most transforming and rich experiences of my life. It's beautiful to see how God knows us better than we know ourselves.
What expenses are you fundraising to cover? I’m fundraising to help cover the cost of travel to and from Beyond this summer. My fundraising goal is $500.
