Parish and Classes Online Registration for new parishsoft account users | Assumption Catholic Church

STEP 1

Download, Fill Out, and Send us the Registration Form

Form can be handed into the school office, church office, or left on the CCD table at the back of the Church. A separate form must be filled out for each child.

STEP 2

PAY $20 REGISTRATION FEE ONLINE PER STUDENT. Click the button below.

Or pay by check. Make checks payable to "Assumption Catholic Church". Memo: CCD.

STEP 3

BAPTISMAL CERTIFICATE. If you are new to our program, we ask that you provide a copy of your child(ren)'s baptismal certificate.

STEP 4

CREATE AN ACCOUNT WITH PARISHSOFT

1. Create an account in ParishSoft

A new window will open with the online form. You can click on the tab for this window (Online Registration) to refer back to the instructions listed below.

Organization is the parish you want to register at: Assumption

ParishSoft is Church software for Catholic parishes and dioceses. Once you complete the online form Assumption will review and approve it.

After you create an account in ParishSoft, you will be able to add and edit your family information.

2. After your account is approved, you will receive an email with your username and a temporary password for your My ParishSoft account. This may take 1-2 days.

3. Click on the link in the email to log in to your account in ParishSoft.

4. Change your password from the temporary password to a permanent one that you choose.

5. Log in to your account in ParishSoft with your new permanent password.

6. Go to the "My Family" tab to register you and your family. Click on "Family Detail" and complete your registration.

Complete the "Family Details" and the "Member Details" pages.

Please make sure to add to your account all members of your family who will be participating in Faith Formation.

STEP 5

USE YOUR PARISHSOFT ACCOUNT TO ADD YOUR CHILD TO A CLASS

1. Log into your ParishSoft account and click on Family Education →Online Registration (Please review family information**)→Select Enrollment Term→Add Student→Select Grade→ Select 1st Class Choice→Submit Registration

2. Repeat for each student

REQUIRED INFORMATION

Registration will not be complete until you provide the following information on the online family member information.

FAMILY DETAILS: Name, email, phone, emergency phones, address

MEMBER DETAILS: You must make sure that Father, Mother, and students are added under members

FATHER AND MOTHER DETAILS: Name (Maiden name for Mother), religion, phone number, marital status, emergency contact

CHILD/STUDENT DETAILS: Name, birth date, religion, special needs

MANDATORY PARENT MEETING

Sept 10, 2025

We will have a mandatory parent meeting on the first day of class at 6:30pm. Parents and children will meet together and the children will be dismissed to their classes.

COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

This year we will be using the MyParish APP and this website as our main forms of contact for general announcements for the Religious Education Program. The MyParish App will send you messages with any updates you need to know and it will tell you when we have updated the website with new information. Please make sure to download the MyParish App and make an account.

Once you have downloaded the app and made an account, you can go to groups and join the Religious Education group to receive all the updates.
