Produced by MARUZEN ARTIST MATERIALS & WORKS, LTD., Interlon is a groundbreaking shape-memory nylon brush, engineered to replicate the feel of Kolinsky sable and weasel hair. Suitable for oils, watercolors, and acrylics, it delivers exceptional performance for modelers and artists alike.
Step1：穂先の束を広げる / Spread out the bristle bundle.
Step2：適度な量の毛を金具に通す / Insert an appropriate amount of bristles into the ferrule.
Step3：穂先の形になった穴が開い��筒型の木型に毛先の通したトップ部分を振動の出る（バイブレーター）に載せて形を整える / Place the top part of the bristles into a cylindrical mold with a hole in the desired shape and use a vibrator to form the tip.
Step5：寸法を合わせた穂先部分を並べて最後に接着（穂先完成）/Line up the trimmed tips and glue them to complete the bristle section.
Step6：軸の塗装 / Paint the handle.
Step7：穂先と軸の組み立て / Assemble the bristles and handle.
Step8：穂先の調整（高温）糊付け / Final shaping and gluing of the tip using high heat.
