Y5 and Y6 pupils who went to drama club were really lucky to go behind the scenes this week and have a tour of the building. They even got to stand in the stage and see what it looks like for all the actors and actresses who have been on stage before!
Year 5 also really enjoyed our Christmas trip to see the ballet Giselle by Ballet CYMRU at Dance city. We looked at the story during reading slides and loved how the dancers told us the story.
We even got to meet the dancers and ask them questions.
We also had a great session with Collette from the Theatre Royal where we learnt more about the play A Midsummers Night Dream. We acted out parts as she told us the story. Great acting everyone! Well done to those that stepped out of their comfort zone to perform also!
