Since the inception of LEC softball in 1998 the Huskies have appeared in the tournament championship six times and won the inaugural LEC championship. The 1998 title earned the team its first of three NCAA Tournament appearances.
The Huskies' softball program produced 47 NFCA All-Region selections, 18 All-NEISCA picks, 9 All-ECAC players and a NFCA All-American (Julie Plant, 1998).
In addition to regional success, the Huskies have had over 100 athletes earn All-Conference honors from the LEC plus eight major conference awards and five Coach of the Year designations.
The 2025 season saw four Huskies earn All-LEC honors led by First Team selections Meaghan Dufresne, Kendall Migliorini and Mia Coots. Coot and Gwen Christie were also named to the LEC All-Rookie Team.
