Catholic University
- Head Coach: John Bodden (2nd Season)
- Team Titles: 8 (2017-24)
- 2025 Projected Finish:
After guiding the Cardinals to a championship title last season, Head Coach John Bodden is focused on extending the team’s dominance. Catholic University is now just one title away from tying Merchant Marine’s conference record of nine championships.
The Cardinals are well-positioned for continued success with the return of reigning Diver of the Year, Charles Connolly III. Connolly earned two individual gold medals at last year’s championship, triumphing in the 1-meter and 3-meter platform dive events.
The team also benefits from the return of sophomores John Holler, Sean Kelty, and Teddy Tsakumis. Holler set the Championship Record and took first place in the 500-free event, while Kelty claimed victories in both the 1650-free and 400-IM, setting Championship and Landmark Records in the 1650-free. Tsakumis earned gold in the 200-back event. With all three swimmers among the top competitors in their events, the Cardinals are poised for another strong performance.
Drew University
- Head Coach: Rich Munson (10th Season)
- Team Titles: 0
- 2025 Projected Finish:
Drew University is poised to make a strong push at this year’s Swimming & Diving Championship after securing second place for the fourth consecutive year at the 2024 Landmark Conference Championships and setting a program-record 803 points.
The Rangers return 11 athletes from last year’s team, including reigning Landmark Conference Swimmer of the Year and Rookie of the Year, Nicholas Heinio-Widell. A four-time Landmark Athlete of the Week this season, Heinio-Widell dominated the 2024 championships, winning all seven events he competed in (four relay, three individual). He broke three Championship meet records, set three school records, and earned an NCAA B cut. He claimed gold in the 50-meter (20.71), 100-meter (45.55), and 200-meter free (1:39.67) while contributing to relay victories in the 200-free (1:23.24), 800-free (6:53.10), 200-medley (1:31.64), and 400-medley (3:22.39). Heinio-Widell also leads the conference in five events heading into this season.
The Rangers also benefit from the return of junior Brendan Burkett and sophomore Kyle Talerico, both of whom earned All-Landmark Conference honors last season. Burkett placed runner-up in both the 50-free and 100-free and fourth in the 100-backstroke. He also contributed to four gold-medal-winning relays. Talerico won the 200-butterfly (1:54.07) at last year’s championships and was a key member of the victorious 400-free and 800-free relay teams. He also placed fourth in the 200-free and 500-free. Junior Ben Graff and sophomore James Piland have emerged as key performers for the team. Graff currently ranks 18th in the 200-backstroke, and his 50 split of the 100-fly places him in contention for the event. First-year swimmers Maxwell Baronner and Marshall Radonovich have been standout performers this season. Baronner's 50 splits position him to be a contender in the 100-breaststroke and 100-fly events.
Lycoming College
- Head Coach: Kelly Essler (1st Season)
- Team Titles: 0
- 2025 Projected Finish:
In their second appearance at the Landmark Conference Championships, the Lycoming College men's swimming team aims to improve on last year’s eighth-place finish. Under the direction of Kelly Essler, who enters her first season as head coach, the Warriors are poised to make strides at this year’s competition.
With a blend of returners and first-year swimmers, the team is positioned to be competitive.
Sophomore Drew Degnan and senior Brian Hulsey lead the Warriors this season. Degnan narrowly missed a spot in the finals at last year’s championships with a 17th-place finish in the 100-free (51.04).
Newcomers, including sophomore Will Eberz and first-year Sean Martinez, have made notable contributions. Eberz, in his first year with the Warriors swim team, has contributed to the team's 200-medley relay team which is ready to compete at the championships. Martinez has secured several second-place finishes this season in the 1650-free, 100-backstroke, and 150-free, showcasing his potential heading into the championship.

Ziegler looks to build on his performance from last season, where he posted the 14th-best time in the 1650-free with a mark of 18:32.14. Newcomers Groller and Zimmerman are also in a position to make an impact. O'Malley earned All-Conference Second Team honors in the 500-free and 1650-free, where he set a program record with a third-place finish in the 1650-free (16:20.89). He was also an Honorable Mention selection for the 800-free relay. Currently, O'Malley ranks in the top ten in the conference in three events.

Sherry was also an All-Conference Honorable Mention selection last season in the 50-free, 200-free relay, 200-medley relay, and 400-medley relay. With a roster featuring only one junior and a mix of first-year and sophomore talent, the team is young but filled with potential. Notably, first-year swimmers Brandon Sutherland and Kaden TenEyck have emerged as key contributors. Sutherland currently ranks in the top 20 in the conference in the 100-back and 200-back. TenEyck holds the third-fastest time for his 50 split of the 100-back (25.22) and ranks among the top 20 in three other events. The impressive times posted by these two swimmers position them as strong contenders at the championships.

Under the guidance of third-year head coach Christopher Paynter, the Wilkes University Colonels are focused on improving upon last season's performance. With the addition of five first-year swimmers and three returners, the team is aiming to climb the ranks in this year's championship.
After a sixth-place finish at last year's championships, the Colonels are determined to move up in the standings. A key returner for the team is junior Ashton Dainty. Last year, Dainty finished 15th in the 200-back (2:11.70) and currently holds 15th in the 100-back (56.94).
