2023 Homecoming Festivities October 13 2023

Former guidance counselor Michael Kapustka escorts senior Joelle Henke across the gym as her name is called. The court introduction was one of the first big moments for the students elected by their peers.

The 2023 Homecoming Court performs the court dance in front of the whole student body. The group worked extensively to perfect the dance choreographed by Neala Jacobson-Dicks.

Students got intense to compete in the Hungry Hungry Hippos challenge. One team member attempted to gather balls with a basket while riding a scooter steered by their partner.

Students anxiously circle the chairs during a game of musical chairs. This game traditionally turns incredibly competitive and is always a show stealer.

Sophomores compete fiercely during the tug-o'-war competition. The group ultimately won the whole event.

Senior Joelle Henke smiles after being crowned the 2023 homecoming queen. She was honored to be voted queen by her classmates. "I am very appreciative [to have been part] of something so special," Henke said.

Jeremiah '"JJ" Robinson beams as he is crowned the 2023 Northview Homecoming King by Julie Haveman. JJ was in a state of surprise and shock after the announcement. "It was an honor that my peers thought that I was worthy of such a thing," JJ said.
