AUGUST HEALTH OBSERVANCES
Work Well, Live Well: Let's Celebrate 8 Years of Wellness at Work and Beyond
This August is National Wellness Month and we proudly celebrate 8 years of our District Employee Wellness Program–a milestone that reflects our continued commitment to building a healthier, more balanced culture for all District employees.
Wellness at work isn’t just about fitness challenges or standing desks—it’s about supporting your whole self: physically, mentally, and socially. We recognize that personal wellbeing is deeply individual—rooted in your routines, relationships, values, and inner resilience. Workplace wellness complements this by shaping the spaces, connections, and culture where your wellbeing can truly thrive.
Personal Wellbeing VS Wellness at Work
At our core, we believe true wellness means feeling seen, supported, and empowered—both at work and in life. This commitment is more than programs or perks—it’s a mindset we live, breathe, and build together.
Whether you're in the office, remote, or somewhere in between, our goal is simple: to help you work well and live well—every single day.
Discover how personal wellbeing and workplace wellness work hand in hand.
