Our Week at Tir Morfa
Dosbarth Tegid enjoyed a floristry session with our Enterprise co-ordinator this week. They followed instructions, did great listening and produced some beautiful arrangements! Some budding Tir Morfa florists in the making!! 🌸💐🌼
We had a lovely time exploring during our Autumn Massage session. The umbrella was a favourite!
This week in Findeg pupils have been practising their fine motor skills tracing Welsh dragons, daffodils and leeks. Fantastic art work! Bendigedig!
This week in Aled Class we have been learning how to compose our own tunes.
Alwen went to Brews Caffi for the first time this week. Everyone chose what they wanted to buy and asked for their items at the till and paid. Everyone sat and enjoyed eating and drinking in the caffi. We want to say a huge thanks to our older role models for serving us, we had a great time.
This Brenig Maths group worked brilliantly as a team this week to create a numberline. After working together to draw it and sort the numbers, they searched together to find different materials to represent each number.
Dosbarth Haul have had fun engaging in a wide variety of learning tasks this week.
Siabod had fun during Maths learning about Tessellating shapes. In science we investigated how craters are formed. It was also the first week of our school council buddies making sure everyone was happy on the yard.
Famau have been exploring the properties of clay this week, enjoying the sensory experience.
This week Enfys have been busy making porridge during their sensory cooking session. We explored all of the ingredients using our senses and used our individual communication methods to say ‘ more ‘or ‘ finished’ great job everyone.
