Sounds of the Revolution an archive of brighton based poets and rappers sharing political messages of hope through music, sound and voice

HOW TO USE THE ARCHIVE

the archive is a solution to a problem. the problem? with the rise of austerity, fascism, occupation & hateful politics, it's becoming harder to fight back against a broken system. as a result, many of us are losing our political motivations

this archive takes a different tactic to fighting back. it aims to distil political messaging into people's everyday lives, using the power of music & sound to enable a wider audience to engage with activism

scroll down to listen to some of the artists of the archive. hopefully this archive can serve as a powerful reminder of the power of the voice (ps, scroll all the way to the bottom for a chance to contribute)
