This year’s budget motto, “Excellence in Every Endeavor,” reflects the City’s commitment of consistently striving to achieve the highest standards in all action, activities, projects, and pursuits. The City’s dedication to excellence involves an intentional commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and a pledge to do the very best in every task, whether big or small. CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (CIP)
FISCAL YEARS 2025-2026 THROUGH 2029-2030
The Capital Improvement Program continues to place significant emphasis on the City's streets and road improvements, with $22.5 million (90.7% of the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 CIP budget), and $22.8 million (91.2% of the Fiscal Year 2026-2027 CIP budget) allocated towards street improvements. The adopted budget provides a clear roadmap to address critical infrastructure needs while also committing additional funding directly to the Infrastructure Reserves for future projects.
