A slow start to the game for both teams, eventually saw the Eagles strike twice for a 5-0 favor. Martyna Kowalska and Jessie Ford equalized for the Tritons at five aside. Embry-Riddle worked to a nine-point advantage at the midpoint of the third quarter where Eckerd chipped away with a six-point run by Hannah Wentworth and Chance Bucher. Three Triton triples tied it at 35-all before Eckerd held a 38-37 advantage going into the final period. A layup by Martyna Kowalska gave Eckerd a three-point lead in the opening minute.
