A note from Mr Higginbottom

Hello! Thank you for supporting more great events in school this week - this weekend and next we have our music and drama rehearsals and performances! Tickets are on sale from reception if you'd like to see a performance as detailed below. It would be great to get a full house for each event to support the children who have been so dedicated to the show.

We hope that our children enjoy their in school transition days next week - and good luck to those spending time at Swinton Academy.

Recent Events

The children have all looked very bright and beautiful today for non-uniform day! Thank you for helping your children express themselves in this way.

Over lunchtime we had a great time sharing things about ourselves that we are proud of. We also had a great time singing and dancing to a fun summertime playlist (plus lots of requests!)
The PTFA Teddy Bear's picnic for EYFS children went down a treat! Thank you to Mr Twista for joining us. I'm sure you'll agree that we are looking forward to the Colour Run on the 5th July!
Online Safety

This week our Internet Safety Guide from the National College is information about promoting physical wellbeing. Don't forget that you can talk to us if you're worried about your child's time online.

Have a lovely weekend!

Thank you for your continued support of our school and for supporting your child by ensuring they're at school on time and they read at least 4 times each week. If you would like to discuss any aspect of your child's time in school you can email enquiries@sqp.wwpat.org, find me on ClassDojo or chat to me at the start or end of the school day.

At Swinton Queen Primary School, children are aspirational, courageous and inquisitive; respectful of all.
