A bit about me!

My name is Abby Reinstein, and I am a graduate of Miami University, where I earned a degree in Sport Communications and Media. Most recently, I served as the Sports Marketing and Digital Engagement Coordinator for PMI Entertainment Group and the Green Bay Gamblers, where I led social media strategy, content creation, and fan engagement initiatives.

Digital Engagement coorinator - green bay gamblers

As the Digital Engagement Coordinator for the Green Bay Gamblers, I served as the team’s lead media contact, ensuring clear and strategic communication between the organization, league partners, and the USHL. I oversaw and executed social media initiatives that drove fan engagement, ticket sales, and brand growth through real-time game coverage, content strategy, and campaign planning. I led the development and execution of in-game content while maintaining brand voice and league standards. In addition to digital strategy, I managed and directed a team of photographers and videographers, coordinating creative assets across social and marketing platforms. I also collaborated with external media outlets to generate feature stories and highlight athletes’ experiences within the Green Bay community. I led all hockey-related communications, including trades, acquisitions, roster updates, and organizational announcements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with league protocols.

Communications

During my time with the Gamblers, I led the development and publication of all hockey communications, including player milestones, league nominations, and transactional announcements. I partnered with media outlets to amplify athlete storytelling and expand audience reach, while also producing in-house interviews and content for the team’s website and social platforms.

Covering will Zellers' world juniors success

I covered former Gambler and USHL Player and Forward of the Year Will Zellers during the 2026 IIHF World Junior Championship in his home state of Minnesota, leading content efforts that highlighted his development and time in Green Bay. Collaborated with league partners to amplify coverage, driving visibility around his progression on an international stage.

GOalie fight, goal and wiener dog races

Led social media promotion for the team, producing in-game content that generated significant organic reach, including three viral videos during the season. Notably, coverage of goaltender Leo Henriquez — featuring a goalie fight and goal — drove high engagement across platforms. Additionally, coordinated and promoted the team’s annual Wiener Dog Race, which went viral and was reshared by major sports media accounts, expanding brand visibility beyond the local market.
