- Partnering with the Team earns you instant discounts on services related to buying a home by working with our preferred [reputable] vendors!
- Payment of the partial upfront retainer earns you a 10% credit back at closing whether you end up paying a portion, all or non of our fee for service! This Fee is an option and not required to work with us!
- Should the seller pay our fee and it's more than our contracted price, the delta will be credited back to you towards closing costs + the upfront retainer discount stacks on top of this! If you have paid the retainer and the Seller pays us, the retainer will be credited back to you at closing.
- The option to finance compensation is available through all banks and lenders.

AGENCY & COMPENSATION AGREEMENT
- Before any agent can show a property to a potential Buyer, that agent is now required to enter into a contract with that Buyer which will specify:
- (a) the nature of their professional relationship.
- (b) how much compensation the agent will receive if the Buyer were to purchase the property.
- Showing a home without having this contract in place is now considered "unethical", and agents who violate this policy may be penalized with significant fines.
- A Listing Agent has always been required to enter into a signed contract with a Seller before they can advertise that Seller's property for sale or for rent. Effective 8/14/2024, this same concept now applies to Buyer's Agents.
