Collaboration....
Working together with one or more people to complete a project or task or develop ideas or processes. In life, collaboration occurs when two or more people work together towards a common goal that benefits the team. Collaboration requires interpersonal skills, communication skills, knowledge sharing and strategy, and can occur in a classroom or between members of a virtual team.
