Searching for a place to build her shrine, Aquiris the Water Elemental discovered the perfect place on the island nation of Atlantis. Utilizing her vast elemental powers to manipulate the magical blood stones and pure sea crystals Aquiris construct an architectural masterpiece — The Cathedral of Dwr Rhew

The Cathedral of Dwr Rhew's main entry glorifies the Elementals love of humanity with stained glass and sea glass mosaics. The cathedral is balanced, with two towers of equal height and three portals entering into the nave. The three portals contained sculptures of Aquiris, Fiore, Gavrun and Xygen protruding from the main wall.

On the top level of the cathedral ringing the main entry is the crystal gallery of 56 statues, detailing the Elemental's escape from Pandora's Box.

The nave, the central body of the cathedral was the section where visitors worship and commune with Aquiris. It occupies about half the length of the cathedral. At its peak The Cathedral of Dwr Rhew, saw five hundred visitors a day.

The southwest bell tower contains a massive bell 2.46 meters in diameter and made from pure ice. The north and south walls of the long nave are supported by eleven flying buttresses on each side. These counterbalance the outward thrust of the ceiling making it possible for large stained glass windows. These windows allow the heavenly light to cascade into the nave.

The double arches of each buttress are topped by slender tabernacles containing ice statues of Aquiris. The statuary gives an additional opulence to the buttresses helping to complement The Cathedral of Dwr Rhew's overall beauty and glory.
