School Visits to Parksville Community Park

If you are considering a visit to the Parksville Community Park for an end of school year field trip, please coordinate the visit. To ensure the safety and smooth coordination of park use, please contact Candice Coghill prior to planning a visit to the park. Call Candice at 250 954-3086 or email events@parksville.ca.

Coordinating the visit will help avoid scheduling conflicts, ensure access to park facilities and parking areas, and limit crossover with any upgrades or work which may be ongoing in the park. There are no permits required for a general visit to the park and picnic tables are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

If you are interested in a more formal visit and wish to reserve a space for your group, please email your request. Locations which may be reserved in the park are the picnic shelter, waterfront gazebo, sand courts, skate park, kite field, and labyrinth. A map of the Parksville Community Park may be viewed here.
