I contacted Jacquie and was very reassured by our kind, thoughtful and thorough conversation to determine whether dog ownership was right for us. We brought Frankie home in December 2023. As first-time dog parents, we felt very supported by Jacquie with all of our questions and preparations, and her careful and knowledgeable breeding, nutrition, wellness and training. Our gorgeous and sweet Frankie is now almost a year and a half old. He gets along well with every other dog we meet, and has had no health problems or allergies whatsoever. The amount of time and love Jacquie put into ensuring every puppy was well cared for and ready to enter their new life was so apparent to us. Jacquie kept us updated every step of the way, by sending emails, scheduling puppy meet and greets and updating her website weekly, so you could watch the puppies grow from week 1 to week 8. At the beginning of each week, you couldn’t keep us off the website - we were so excited to see the new pictures and videos! This was our first puppy and we are so grateful to have went through the process with NS Goldens. May has grown from a sweet, spunky little girl, to the kindest, beautiful, most loving dog we have ever met. Her personality is unmatched, she is truly our best companion. When the time was close you set up appointments for us too meet the puppies and you choose the one you felt was the best fit. We appreciated that as you knew the puppies and what they needed. When the day came that we finally got to take our Sadie home we were so excited. It was love at first site and she was so happy to be coming home with us. Right from the first night she slept right through, never had any accidents she was trained to go outside with no problem at all.
