A MESSAGE FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
As we wrap up the 2024–25 school year, we hope your hearts are filled with as much pride and joy as ours. Reflecting on this year, we are reminded of so many incredible moments created by your amazing students.
From countless fundraisers to support those in need to inspiring activities like the Girls on the Run events, from Academic Excellence Awards and scholarships to stunning concerts and performances, from Dollars and Sense lessons, BizTown adventures, and Connect Academy experiences to crushing CAPP Chemistry (and earning ten college credits for it!), every building and every grade has been filled with powerful examples of students learning, growing, and succeeding.
None of this would be possible without the strong partnership between our families and our dedicated staff–the educators who love what they do and who deeply believe in the opportunity we have each day to make a lasting impact. Thank you for your trust, your support, and for being part of this incredible journey.
To our families of graduating seniors, THANK YOU for being incredible partners throughout this journey! You’ve left a lasting legacy, and we are grateful for all you’ve contributed to our school community. Please know you will always be a part of our 1Warrior family.
To everyone else, enjoy summer! Make memories, soak in the little moments, and cherish the time with your “babies” because it goes by faster than we realize. Rest, recharge, and we’ll see you back for an amazing 2025–26 school year!
Celebrating Our Staff
With the end of the 2024-25 school year, we recognize the amazing work of our staff throughout the year and their contributions to Muskego-Norway Schools. We give special recognition to the 2025 Compass recipients, 2025 retirees, and staff who at the end of this year, will have served in Muskego-Norway Schools for twenty-five years, thirty years, thirty-five years, and forty years.
Lunch Warriors
To those families with graduating seniors, CONGRATULATIONS! It is that time of year where we issue refunds to any graduating seniors, without siblings, that have a food service balance remaining in their account. Before issuing your check, we would like to inform you of an opportunity to support our families in need. You can choose to donate the remaining balance of your student’s account to the Lunch Warrior program by completing the lunch balance donation form. Parents, staff, and community members can make donations to a particular school or as a general donation to the District, which will allow all funds to be used where they are most needed. Any and all donations are welcomed and greatly appreciated. For more information or if you have any questions, please contact Jamie Gleeson, Finance Manager, at jamie.gleeson@muskegonorway.org.
2025-26 Parent Advisory Interest
If you are interested in working with other parents and community members to help our district realize our vision to be the District of Choice, please consider signing up for our 2025-26 district-wide Parent Advisory Team by completing this SURVEY. Meetings will be held at the Educational Services Center from 5:00-6:30 PM on the following Mondays: October 13, 2025; December 1, 2025; February 16, 2026; April 20, 2026. We look forward to partnering with you to live our mission.
