Cricket Success - Huge congratulations to our Girls cricket team who competed in the North & Mid Wales final on Tuesday. They managed to secure 4th spot in what was a very difficult competition. They managed to progress to the knock out stages but unfortunately lost to a very good team from Mold. The girls were an absolute privilege to take and behaved impeccably throughout the whole day. You could see how much their cricket skills have developed over the last few months and even though they finished 4th, they should be very proud of themselves.
Numeracy Ninja - We had our very first 'Grandmaster' in Numeracy Ninjas this week. Tomasz from Year 6 managed to achieve Grandmaster status this week by answering 30 questions each day and getting them right on 10 days. NN allows pupils to learn about things such as: square roots, percentages, multiplying by decimals and fractions...phew!! Da iawn, Tomasz.
Recycled Clothes - Please keep bagging up and sending in any unwanted clothes to the school. It's really easy money for the Friends of Deiniol which is then sent back into school to help our children.
