About Us
Proper Fucked are a heavy hardcore / grindcore band hailing from the northern wasteland of Teesside, UK. Established in 2024, the band has quickly made a name for themselves on the live scene with their noisy and aggressive sound, and with the release of their debut EP, 'No One Is Safe', in February 2025, Proper Fucked don't show any signs of slowing down soon.
In their short tenure Proper Fucked have graced the stage with the likes of Agnostic Front, False Reality, Grief Ritual, Exhume, Overpower, Unified Action, Peace Of Mind, Tempers Fray, Bodybag, Vulgar Dissection, Divine Hatred, Nylon & Evicshen as well as establishing themselves as a driving force within the thriving Teesside Hardcore scene which spawned the band.
