This April 2024, Freya and Ray - placement students working with the Sussex Centre for Research on Kindness (ROK) - hosted a Kindness Rocks social event for members of the university community who are interested in kindness. Whilst socialising and eating brownies, we painted rocks with some kind messages. Later Freya and Ray left the rocks around campus, waiting to be found by someone who could use a little bit of kindness.
