The owner of Stitch Revivals is Andrew Martinez, a 23- year-old Kennesaw resident. Leading up to the grand opening of his shop, he collected many clothes from vendors and people around the area of Kennesaw who donated to him. The 23-year- old looks to give his customers an authentic experience where they can express themselves through the store’s clothing. Photo taken by Jaidyn Bridgeforth on Oct. 16, 2025
Tyevion Fusalba (above) visited Stitch Revivals for the first time and was amazed at the vintage clothing that the store had to offer as well as its prices. “I’ll definitely be coming back here, there’s a lot of good gems in here,” Fusalba said. Photo taken by Jaidyn Bridgeforth on Oct. 16, 2025
Martinez and Fusalba exchanged information with the intent of Fusalba returning to the shop in the near future. Jared Wilson (above), a peer of Martinez, came in just before closing in a rushing search for a specific pair of slacks. Wilson is a regular at Stitch Revivals, often coming in with his eye on the prize. "I always find something good in here,” Wilson said. Photo taken by Jaidyn Bridgeforth on Oct. 16, 2025
Martinez shows Wilson a pair of pants he saved in the back for him. Martinez always makes an effort to support his customers’ needs by ensuring he helps them find what they’re looking for while also making all of his items affordable for both residents and Kennesaw students nearby. He also looks to build relationships with other customers while helping them look for what they need in the store. Photo taken by Jaidyn Bridgeforth on Oct. 16, 2025
Martinez (shaking hands with Ian Carter) attended the annual ECO Fest Pop Up Shop for the first time in Kennesaw, Georgia in the Town Center Mall parking lot on Oct. 18, 2025 to sell his newest clothing haul. The pop up shop is hosted two times out of the year in the spring and fall, open to a variety of small business owners and vendors to the Kennesaw community. Martinez checked out a customer while having a conversation with him as well. Photo taken by Raquel Grier
