Student Futures Work Experience Competition 2025 Turn your story into a case study, WIN UP TO £250 IN VOUCHERS

Calling all Edinburgh Napier University Students!

Have you completed a work experience placement between September 2023 and September 2024? We want to hear about it.

Celebrate everything you achieved on your placement and inspire future placement students!

Whether your placement was undertaken in the UK or overseas, as an undergraduate or postgraduate, remotely or in person, this is the perfect opportunity to share your experiences.

The winning entry will receive a prize of £250 in vouchers, and there will also be awards of £100 in vouchers for two runners up. If your entry is approved, it will be turned into a valuable case study for you to share.

The competition is open for entries from Monday 13th January 2025, and will close on Monday 3rd March 2025 at 12pm.

  • We are looking for a detailed account from your time on placement (the winner and runners up will be carefully selected by our judges!)
  • Inform others about the value of work experience placements
  • Explain how your placement linked into your academic studies
  • Reflect upon the impact the work experience had on your personal development and future career plans
