Welcome to 2024

Welcome to 2024!
Happy New Year.
Every New Year brings feelings of a fresh start, and potentially some extra motivation to meet a personal goal. I always hope to find more time to spend in the gym. Like everyone else, I’m not getting any younger (or in my case, losing any weight). A healthy diet and regular exercise go a long way to ensuring a long, healthy life and can help with a positive outlook.
Like always, a lot is going on in 2024. I certainly appreciate everything you do to make it possible. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for everything you did for us in 2023. We have a couple of videos that ‘tip the hat’ to our Soldiers and Airmen. We don’t exist without you, and I hope I can get more people like you to serve in our ranks for 2024.
Enjoy, and again, Happy New Year!

Fitness leaders from around the local community hosted a workout for a group of Soldiers and Airmen. Matt Fraser (5x Crossfit men's champion) was there to help spread the word about the industry.
-
Attendees welcomed some incredible keynote speakers and businesses from some of the leading industries and institutions in our local and wider communities.
A massive thank you to all our speakers, the National Guard Association of Vermont, and everyone else who made this spectacular event possible for our VT Guard members!

Later that evening members had some fun at the annual Military All Ranks Ball. Check out the footage from the ball below.
