Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

ERGs allow a safe space for our JCPS employees to be engaged.

ERG events will consist of discussions, activities, and professional development that support the goals of each specific group.
